Amy is great. Very thorough and knowledgeable. We have dogs so have the added challenge associated with that. She’s always good at getting spots out and patiently teaches me again about how to manage future ones. She is very knowledgeable about caring for carpets and about the best ones for our lifestyle. Appreciate her referral for a great carpet stretcher. Carpet looks great from the cleaning and restretching. I have used Amy’s services for 5 years and will use her services again. She’s the best!
My husband and I booked services for our new home but have been waiting over two weeks just to get a quote. When I called to follow up the next week, they put an urgent note on my request. Over a week later, still nothing. I had high hopes for this company but have been unimpressed so far. Will be cancelling my appointment and booking someone who will actually respond to customer requests.
Called to get our house cleaned and was advised they don't have that service. Not sure what the folks do?
