Steve Young is the property manager / maintenance man for Highcliff apartments. . I filled out an application with him detailing my situation. I applied for a 2 bedroom I put 3 people on the lease and he said he didnt want the teenage boy there. I told him that the teenager was SUPPOSE to be moving out of town and that if he wasn't then I wouldn't be able to take the aparment. I paid my $300 deposit a month in advance.
