In the spring, we had Impact Resistant Windows installed by High Wind Shutters. We are extremely pleased with the results. I had the same experience as Peter B. Sales guy (Matt) came out and after 2 weeks I had to call him to find out the status of the quote. He answered his phone and said, "oh, you didn't get that? What's your email address?" Subsequent calls to him, the office, and a text to him were ignored. Now, I'm about a month out, still no quote. I put up my current shutters and left town. Just tell me if you don't want our business. How lame. Yeah, when I really need them, where will they be?
This company came recommended from a neighbor for new storm shutters and windows so I scheduled an appointment only to have the sales person cancel the appointment at the last minute. So we rescheduled and the sales person took all of the measurements and promised a quote within a week. Having not received the quote I called the sales person only to have him tell me he was on vacation and would issue the quote within a week. A week passed and no quote.
