Awful communication. Complete waste of time. Take your business somewhere more deserving.
We contacted High Volume Audio U.S.A. to diagnose a honda cr-v and honda civic for no sound coming from the speakers. He charged $75 per vehicle to let us know the speakers was not working. We paid the $150 diag fee, he told us he would order the speakers and install them the following day, also he would credit the $150 diag fee to the future repair.
