Seung was a very responsive property manager and immediately handled all requests and needs for us. Highly recommend!
I regret trusting Seung and High Tide property management to manage my properties. In one instance the tenants were subleasing on Airbnb and the property manager was clueless. In all cases the homes are left in shotty condition with property manager calling it all 'regular wear and tear.' Their negligence have cost me and will cost you money and heartache! Protect your assets and stay away from these guys!!!
