I took my 2007 4Runner in for a lift kit/tire install. They didn't try to sell me anything more than I needed. When problems arose with frozen adjustment bolts, they tried their best to get them out before having to resort to buying more parts. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. They even have popcorn and coffee while you wait, if you choose to partake. They had a real waiting area, not just a couple chairs scattered around parts displays.

Hugh and Joe were great to work with and made excellent recommendations. My car was fixed in less than a day and I paid way less than I had previously anticipated.
The folks at High tech have been taking care of my 2006 Avalanche and my 2011 Kia for a few years now, and I never have to worry about whether the work will be done properly. It always is! Always fair pricing, always ready when promised, nice waiting area if i want to stay for a quick fix (i.e., oil change). When I was incapacitated a couple of years ago, they brought the vehicle to me. Love this locally owned business! Can't say enough good things about them! Thank-you High Tech!
I was looking for a reputable shop with someone knowledgeable about Jeeps. I've been bringing my Wrangler, and now Honda & BMW there for the past year and I have not been disappointed nor felt the need to second-guess them once. Good, thorough work and they aren't afraid to get innovative. Glad I found them, and I've already recommended them to friends.

I like how Hi-Tech will review the work order with you and tell you what's needed and ways to keep the expenses within budget. I definitely feel like I'm being taken care of and my best interests are at heart with HI-Tech.
