If I could give zero stars, I would. I called early today to schedule an appointment with them for dryer repair and they gave me the 4-6 time slot, and said someone would call 30 minutes before arrival. I had my elderly Dad drive 45 minutes across town to sit and wait for them and they never showed. At 6 when I called, I got the answering service who said they would call the technician and call me back. After 10 minutes I called back and he said, "Well, the guy didn't answer."
