I have been to High Street XRAY for 2 CT Scans and an MRI recently. All the staff were friendly and efficient. I was told prior to attending and on arrival of the cost involved, which was helpful. Having the procedures clearly explained to me, made me feel relaxed. The names of all the radiographers escapes me, but I would like to give a special mention and big thank you to Paige, who did my MRI on Friday 20th March. Prompt and efficient, reception people are great to deal with. Highly recommend.
I went here because my doctor needed me to get an ultrasound done here. I arrived 10 minutes late and all the staff there were really rudely making a point about it and then I was still sitting in the waiting room for another 5 minutes after so idk what they were complaining about. The whole appointment felt really uncomfortable and rushed for something I was paying for and the doctor lectured me about laughing from the discomfort saying she "felt really uncomfortable" with my behaviour. All the team at High St Xray are so amazing and caring. They always go out of their way to try and accommodate you whenever necessary. Manager Judy & Reception staff (Lou, Ella, Brooke, Kylie, Wendy, Leila, Leah and Michelle) are lovely and all deserve a High five. Highly recommend 👌
