Actually I had a great experience. Dr Kim explained thoroughly the whole implant process. That being said, I'm more comfortable having the procedure done.
I hope the staff will be more people friendly and smiling and not like robots with no feelings.
The best dental experience I've ever had! I did not wait in the waiting room (as I'm used to in other offices), received the full and undivided attention of the staff and doctor, and received a thorough overview of my current dental situation and future needs. So pleased and happy to have found Dr. Kim!
Barbara is a good greeter, and makes you feel very comfortable. I think the prices are high, but am able to pay monthly, thank you. Kim was very pleasant.
