Great service. Dr Kim was very kind and give good insight on how to keep your teeth clean. :) will be going back there!
A refreshing experience with a team who blended experience with sincere individualized attention. Dr. Kim took the time to explain specifics of brushing, flossing and orthodontia. He and his staff are sincerely interested in the health and wellbeing of each patient, making it their mission to provide genuine care during each visit.
Dr. Kim is professional and uses state of the art dental technology. The office environment is pleasant and relaxing. It is always a pleasant experience.
Excellent explanation of tooth condition & options. As a new patient, taking time to do so is key to building credibility/trust. Also important is understanding insurance options to maximize coverage. We did not discuss financial options and after investigating insurance coverage, turns out to be very expensive (i.e., implant).
As usual, and as his patients have come to know, my visit for my periodic cleaning, etc. went SMOOTHLY. He and I also discussed brushing and other dental hygiene matters, and, how to proceed with a tooth needing some ''work". Staff very amiable, efficient as always. Highly recommend Dr. Kim and his staff Professor Jack James
