This company falls into that category. Told me he was going to come out to the house to look at a small project I needed done. Never came, never replied to the next 3 texts I sent him either. Sorry, F. Go elsewhere. Not sure how these companies stay in business.

The actual work and final product was very good and deserves at least 4 stars and the cost was fair, especially compared to other quotes. The 3 star rating is due to 1) how difficult it was to get the project manager to answer or return calls/texts/emails, and 2) the amount of nails and sharp pieces of metal I am still picking out of my lawn and driveway.

Helped me take care of an emergency roof leak during the winter with my roof loaded with snow accumulation. Very knowledgeable and way to deal with. I will definitely use their services in the future. Mike G.
