So incredibly thankful for the kiddos dentist and staff.....a pool mishap ended up with 3 fractured teeth and the need for an immediate partial extraction. Our appointment was at 4pm....by 5pm we were leaving having had our evaluation, xrays, procedure under nitrous oxide, and a very excited Emma who has part of a tooth for the tooth fairy tonight. Hoy por primera vez en su vida mi hijo Alberto tuvo la experiencia de la extracción de un pre-molar, llegó muy asustado y preocupado a la Clinica, fue una experiencia muy buena para él, no pasó ninguna incomodidad, es más le encantó la Clinica y todas sus amenidades, la doctora y su equipo colaborador son increíblemente profesionales, dulces, amables y sumamente preocupados por el bienestar y comodidad del niño. The hygienists are great , but the dentist isn't personable at all . Not even a simple hello how are you doing . I also always get the ( stay in the waiting room we will come get you when we're done) instead of asking if I would like to come back or not . If it's a open door policy then You should give the parent a option not just tell them to sit in the lobby . Again the hygienists are very personable and very good with my daughter and I appreciate that aspect.
