Maintenance is fast!... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is fast! And always gets the job done quickly. I even had an incident where my ac unit went out during 100 degree weather and it was 10-11pm and even though I told him he could come tomorrow he still came out that same night. Maintenance and cleaning staff are awesome

I'm telling you what I know, not what I heard... This place is HORRIBLE!! Every morning there is trash in the hallway that leads to the parking lot/garage. There are full bags of trash left in the stairwell by careless people. People here do not have any respect for their neighbors. They yell and scream down the halls. They allow their children to do the same. Their children are the hallways playing/running/screaming at 9:00 and 10:00 at night. Parking for visitors is very limited.
