RecommendedMoved here in April 2018, and have not had any major issues. The management is friendly and helpful when there are issues. Maintenance is knowledgeable and have quick response. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

I just moved out after living there for two years. Good management. Good maintenance. My only rub would be that the door to the bedroom closets that washer and dryer hookups should be made wider to begin with so that maintenance doesn’t have take the doorframe apart upon moving in and out.
I have lived here since 2008. Seriously best place I have ever lived. The staff is beyond the best and take care of all needs and the maintenance is done so quickly. Rent is very affordable and rooms are spacious. I highly recommend high point east to anyone.

This is a great place to live. They keep up with the lawn care, they are quick about fixing things. The staff is friendly. Really enjoyed living here, never had any problems.
