I was not happy all I needed was a provider got therapist and nurse didn't want them had to suffer through I have a nurses fmc had therapy at a rehab center they made no effort for provider waste of my time and funds endured this miserable treatment and pain for 6 week they were not truthful Will not recommend them nothing done to assist me useless totally didn't seem to care for me only money
