I am new with High Mtn., but thus far I have received the medical attention I was seeking. The staff seem to be very caring and professional. However, I would like to add , although you have an appointment the wait to be seen is to long. You have to wait in waiting room and then when you are called to be seen by the doctor, you have to wait a second time. Truthfully, that needs to be revisited and corrected.
I've being going to Dr. Matarese for a long time. When I first started going to the office the staff wasn't to friendly. I continued to go because of doctors expertise and the staff slowly changed. They are now very friendly and efficient. Since Dr. Materese was always booked I met Dr. Tirri. She is very friendly and spends a lot of time with her patients about their problems and is very thorough. I love her! I have all my trust in High Mountain Orthopedic doctors. OMG! They have made me feel like family in that office, professional but yet caring. I've had my share of medical issues, but l have never felt alone. Dr Materese, Patrizia Tirri, Gerri, Diane and the entire staff have always gone that extra mile. I would recommend that office in a heartbeat!
I'm Dr. Matarese patient for many years and he is professional all the time. In his office everybody care all patients. Thank you to Patricia who is to take care me.
Patrizia is excellent providing knee injections with minimal pain-she's an expert!
