High Mark Construction installed my roof 2 weeks ago. Ron the sales representative promised to be present the day of install and to immediately inform us of any issues or additional expense. Ron never showed up and there was no one else available to speak with during or after the initial install. Our concerns and outstanding questions were delayed several days.
