Made an appointment for a particular time and then the stylist contacted me saying she was running behind, ok that was fine (15 mins not a big deal) then I show up and sit there for an additional 30-40 mins with no one coming to tell me anything (come to find out the stylist was close to where I was sitting and could have told me she was running further behind instead of watching me wait ) I left and received a message close to an hour later concerning my appointment. Just very unprofessional.
I am housesitting here in Gulfport from California and this salon was recommended to me. I just got, by far and away, the best haircut I have ever had in life from Angela... and I lived in Los Angeles for 20 years. The interior is spectacular and, honestly, looks like something right out of a West Hollywood salon.
