He doesn’t deserve even one star. He is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. He prepared my taxes for three years, and each year he made mistakes until I personally discovered them. He simply enters W-2 data into his system and accepts whatever result comes out. He lacks basic tax knowledge and does not even understand simple multiplication.
