It’s been difficult living here. There are frequent noise issues. Bits of trash blowing around the lot. Bikes and scooters left in parking areas. I’ve seen the neighbors walk out their back door twice and empty their trash into the woods. Kids toss large rocks from the landscaping into the parking spots, as well stomp and scream in the stairwells - instead of using the playground.
