Raymond was incredibly knowledgeable and informative on proper fireplace usage. This is our first home with a wood burning fireplace and we appreciated all of the useful tips. He arrived promptly and finished in a timely manner. His years of experience are very apparent. We would highly recommend using high hat!
After setting appointments with 2 other chimney sweeps last year who either didn't show up, or showed up without the right equipment multiple times I finally called High Hat Chimney Sweep who was able to fit me in before winter, showed up on time to the first appointment, had all the necessary equipment plus a reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend High Hat Chimney Sweep! Ray was very respectful and competent and I feel safe using our woodstove.
