I was apprehensive at first but the PHP program worked for me.
I had a great experience with High Focus PHP program. I got the help that I needed. I did not feel judged or looked down upon. Allison and Justine were very professional and helpful. I would recommend High Focus to anyone that needs help.
Only a few sessions in and I think I finally found something that will work. It will work if you do the work.
The DBT track was what I needed. I was recommended to try this track(program). I was resistant but the kind encouragement prompted me to try and I am so thankful I did. I would recommend DBT for all who need skills to cope & deal w/ life’s challenges.
