They MIS BILL! PLEASE READ THE COMMENTS! Everyone is right. I am luckily protected from having a stain on my credit report because it is under the threshold, but they do not bill correctly and I refuse to pay for a bill not billed right. How does one see the same provider and one week it's in-network and the next week, it's out-network... then the following week, it's in-network??? RUN AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!

I I needed IOP so badly and this was the only one within Philadelphia Center City, that my insurance covered. I was really looking forward to getting the support I needed, and when I first joined this group, the group was small and I was able to get what I needed out of it, and I felt a lot of support coming from the group members. When I attended briefly for three days, Maricela (who was just an intake person at the time) called CPS based on things she fabricated (she smelled like weed and BO) and I had to deal with that alone. High Focus Center managers called me following her report to CPS and told me the ****Jersey Spirit number and case number and had me handle explaining their mistake on my own so that they wouldn’t be reported for false reporting. I was extremely disappointed by my time at High Focus. This was the second IOP I've done, and I know how helpful group therapy and IOP's in general can be when you are in your darkest moments. High Focus lacked structure, the therapists seem to lack training and lacked coordination with each other. One therapist literally said "Sounds like you have depression figured out"..??!!?!? The psychiatrists here also did not seem to care to get to know you, at all. Therapist Julianna was the only redeeming part of this place. Don't g... read more
