I don't normally write review but I had the most amazing experience and treatment and everything about it was great. Wonderful therapists, Admin, who really truly care about your life and getting better. From PHP to IOP was such a healing experience. I avoided group therapy for so long, but I am so glad I did. It was a safe place for me to go when I really wanted to isolate. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to relate to others, but I always found some connection that helped me not feel so alone. Marisela is the best! She has a great sense of humor, is so supportive, and there is no fake or toxic positivity with her. Mari also helped connect us with resources, which can feel so daunting when you are in the thick of it. If you are considering group, do it!
