VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Bought ticket from them 3 months ago of Air India. Air India changed their hault from Paris to London. Because of Visa restriction I could not go via London Flight. Talked with Air India and they said, I am eligible for getting full refund of my ticket. This Agents says, I will get full refund only if I buy a new ticket from them, else they will cut \$100 as service charge. Very rude honor. They shout with you eventhough it is not your fault. The worst service you can ever get, gave us a big headache for a simple trip.
i have went to buy a ticket and i fell employee dont have breakroom no cold water. not for the customer also. they fare are so expensive in market.they dont have professional pepole .and owner were very roude.i did not bought the ticket. i bought it online.i will not recommend to anyone.
Very quick, helpful, and polite. Some of the other reviews may have stopped me from buying from this travel agency, if I was not in such a hurry. But, I was glad that I did. The agent I was dealing with gave me a great fare(which I confirmed after returning), reserved a wheelchair for my ill mother, and reserved the seat that I wanted. I definetly recomend doing business with this agency. I know I will!
High Fly Travel delivered a great experience when buying tickets. They quoted me the lowest fare among travel agents I called and gave then speedily gave me my ticket. They were also very helpful when switching forms of payment. Very great to do business with.
I was referred to them by a friend. I called them immediately and they gave me the lowest fare. I asked them to hold the reservation and they did for as long as possible without changing the price. They gave me the best deal with no problems. I almost didnt go to them after reading the other reviews but am glad I ignored the reviews.The staff too was friendly and courteous.I have already recommended High Fly to my friends and family.

I had teh worst experience with them.....If i woulkd have checked these reviews before , I wouldnt have gone to them in the first instance....First they give you lower price and latert when they increase the price..its like afetr seeing the price u buy a product and later on delivery of the item you are MADE to pay a HIGHER price.this just is not the end...the stafff is also tooooo rude...no professionalism at all.....would keep you on hold for long DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
