Worst customer service ever, lack of communication close to no communication. They have no clue what they are doing, and are unbelievably RUDE!!! This company is very unorganized and I will not recommend anyone do business with such a shady, untrustworthy, RUDE company. They dont deserve to be a company running in America, they lack the fundamentals and business etiquette to do business in such a wonderful country.
It is surprising to see such negative reviews of this outfit. I dealt with them three times (EWR to MAA) and they were easy to work. They tell you different dates and different airline prices for you to select. They (Mr. Shaw, Ms. Aysha, and Ms. Kruti) were polite and quick in their service. While I was holding the phone, I got the email regarding the flight info and the price was quoted, which you can not find any where. Can it be improved, yes. Never ever think of purchasing tickets from High Fly Travel. They r very rude. Once you pay them, that s it. They don t like to Speak to u if have any questions, or if e-tickets are not appearing, etc... Their phone die vey often. I had trouble reaching them for 3 days as their phones don t work. Just imagine if you need want to make any changes to ur tickets and if they don t answer their phones for 2 to 3 days, what could u do? High Fly or High Fry!!! Dont deserve to serve in US. Worst owner. Bait and switch. Quote cheap and change without your consent. No eithics. Very rude, curse the customer!!! Always look to rip people off. Try somewhere else Let them vanish.
I had a really great experience. I bought 7 tickets from them to India, and they gave the best fair and great service. They, even, promptly helped me change my flight a day before. I would definitely recommend them over any service because of the ability to deal with a person rather than a machine, and other travel agents because of the amazing deal I got.
I made reservation and kept calling for confirming return reservation. After a month, just a day before the 60-day advance ticket time, I called again. My ticket was confirmed but they would keep putting me on hold or disconnect the phone and never returned my calls. When I called back today to confirm, they increased the price. I called another agent and got cheaper price tickets for the same dates. High Fly travel is a joke and shame to the Indian community in the US.
I too agree. They have cheated me the same way by not giving the ticket price on writing. They sent me the itenary without the flight ticket price. When I called them later to book the tikcet they asked me to pay more. I ditched them.
I called them by 9:00am and got a cheap price. I asked them to block the ticket immediately. Called them back in 2 hrs by 11:00am to buy the ticket and they increased the price by \$70 for the same itinerary and confirmation code. I end up buying the ticket from another genuine agent
High fly is the worst service ever. I just bought 11 ickets from them. I am flying on Thursday and they have not sent my tickets yet. When you call them they have n o idea what they are doing. The owner is extremely rude she does not know how to handle her customers. We have made a full payment and she has yet not give our tickets. They are so unorganized tha just yesterday I had to sit and e-mail all 11 passports, date of birth expiry date nationality and passport number. That is supposed to be thier job.
