Extremely disappointing experience with this management company. This has been one of the most stressful experiences for my family. They took over the property only a couple of months before our lease ended, and shortly afterward informed us that we would not be able to renew because they were “taking another route.” With three children and school starting, this left us with very little time to find another home and get our family situated. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a property management team, and I've worked in real estate for 8 years. AI responses, no ability to get someone on the phone, and over a month of delays for mold that was reported growing around HVAC vents. After the mold was reported, they told me that I as the tenant need to pay for a mold test, and if it came back positive, they would reimburse and issue remediation.
