Operations Manager Angel and Property Manager Brian have both been extremely helpful to me as a new tenant with SmartEgg Properties. From application to move-in, Angel was very responsive via email. And despite having a few issues upon move in, Angel and Brian were quick to resolve them in a timely manner and made sure to communicate with me everything that was going on. I think their attentiveness to their tenants just shows the level of care and professionalism SmartEgg Properties as a whole values.
I used to live in TX and moved to FL. Thus, I needed a management property I could trust while I was miles away from my property. SmartEgg goes above and beyond especially Angel and Brian who are constantly aware of what’s going on in my property and notify me instantly.
