I wish I could leave 0 or negative stars. I cannot think of a worse experience I’ve had with a business in my entire life. Because I enjoy life, I’m not going to waste too precious moments to enumerate the endless list of tasks they did poorly to harmfully to our house in central Austin which would have rented itself. We have used SmartEgg Properties for over three years and could not be happier. We are not even in the same country as our property and they handle absolutely everything from repairs to tenant issues without us having to worry. I have given them a $500 repair limit so anything under that just gets fixed immediately with no hassle. They are extremely responsive and if there are ever any issues with the HOA they deal directly with the tenant and get everything resolved quickly. Everything runs like clockwork.
