I can't say enough about the work that these guys do. I just had my Porsche in for the second time with High End... The first time they flawlessly installed a new head end unit. This time they did some performance tuning, painting and powder coating. They have transformed this car... These guys are truly perfectionists.. They treat a car like it is their very own vehicle. Do you love your car like Paris HIlton? My boyfriend, Jon, is such a person. He drives an early 90s BMW and its an understatement to say that its his baby. He's spent countless time and money on detailing this car, not for show or for resale value (is there such a thing for a car?), but for pleasure. A pleasure to do business with I had the pleasure of meeting these group of guys. They had knowledge and great customer service that seems to be rare in this industry. I had 4 speakers a radio (works pandora) installed had me in and out in 2 hours. Very pleased would recommend.
Not satisfied,wont go back unless I HAVE TO First I want to start by saying that they have an unreliable team, they tell u bring it in we can start It In 10 mins just to get the job but leave your car In the garage for hrs. Bad customer service they tell you It will be done In a timely manner I came back and they told me It still wasnt finished so I was Inconvenienced for the day. Best thing Is I guess was the parking. But I do like the work they did so far I can give them that.
Buyers beware I took my SUV there to have a TV installed it blew out in 3 weeks. Took TV back they took it out and said they were sending back to manufacture. After a week called back to find out status they said it was on back order. I called manufacture myself told them what happened and they sent me a TV the next day. I found out TV HighEnd installed was a $300 TV HighEnd charged me a total of $800 am I a sucker. So buyer beware then name should be changed to HighEnd Price only.
