If I could give 100 pts I would! Jeff Hammond and the crew went above and beyond anything I'd ever have expected in taking care of us! We drive 4.5 hours to see these guys. We highly recommend them for your Harley needs, their service can't be beat, you truly feel like family!
Picked up my 2018 Ultra LTD CVO Anniversary last week and WOW what a great experience. A huge thank you to Mark, Jeff and all of the staff that saw me through the process. I may not be able to support the dealership daily due to living in Las Vegas but I will certainly do so by referrals for bike sales :-)
Service is great here, bought two motorcycles about a month ago from Jeff Hammond who was excellant. Have been back a few times updating the bikes buying riding gear and even took the learn to ride course this past weekend. Every one has been great to deal with, John in clothing sales, and both Brian’s in the training program too. They all treat you like family there, thanks.
I was on the road from reno navada to Washington state. Was having a problem with keeping the kickstand up. Rolled into desert harley they got me in fixed up no charge and back on the road.
You can not beat the customer service here. From buying a bike to clothing to service. We did IT all In one day and couldn’t have been treated any better. Absolutely the best Harley shop we have ever been in!!
