I bought a pair of boots back late December that quickly became my all time favorite boots (and I got a few lol) anyhow I noticed yesterday they were coming apart. Today I went in just to see what could be done and if by chance they were under warranty, Kendall did some checking found my original purchase and Parker replaced my boots instantly no hassle or anything. Do I like High Desert Harley No. I love High Desert Harley. I love there there classes, there showroom has a very large selection on bike for sell. I don't have a Harley but they still are helpful to me when I stop by for riding apparel. And the party they sponsor after hours are great.
Love going there whenever we are in Boise. The staff there are extremely nice and helpful.
Customer Service is excellent. My bike broke down and needed a short block. I was on a trip to Glacier National Park. They got me a rental and I was able to ride for a week with my friends. Idaho is a long way from Dallas but these guys are top notch.
