I took my old, beat up, good running XJ to these guys for a "budget lift" and ended up with way more than I bargained for. Josh took care of me and my daily/ camping rig to be, and made sure we both drove away happy. This place was always busy when I walked in, and my sales tech of choice always had his hands full. Went to the Set Them Free Off-road event and ended up with CJ and Brady on Grizzly Lake. CJ was a better spotter with better direction than the actual spotter. CJ and Brady were cool and calm the entire time which made it easy to talk to them and ask them questions. I ended up peeling back my rear diff cover and CJ and Brady stepped in and repaired it and got me back on the trails. These are solid dudes with cool heads on their shoulders. HCP 4X4 is a first class, top drawer business that provides excellent customer service, impeccable installation, and premium products. In my opinion there is no other place to go for the best after market off-road upgrades. Kudos to the showroom staff and shop mechanics who are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and the service they provide. Super great service on suspension package for my 2019 F350. Super plush ride without sacrificing towing capacity. The team at HCP4x4 kept in touch from the proposal phase to post installation. Great team to work with.
