I have been going to HCP4x4 for.....Good God! Almost twenty years. From bolt on parts to my first forays into the buggy world, to Rock Crawling competitions, and back to just back country exploring. They are my go to for solid knowledge, pricing, and service. I have also been lucky enough to send many people there over the years and most all have had a good experience. Greatly appreciate the time Erik took to help explore different options for my '07 4Runner and a full suspension lift. Overall, the entire staff is helpful & knowledgable, and their showroom a great place to browse for future projects ;) Couldn't be happier with the performance of my truck now that she's lifted! Shouldn't have been terribly surprised, as I am female and it happens a lot in automotive places, but I was welcomed by a salesman asking "are you waiting for someone?" My questions were never answered, and my current choices were ridiculed, even though I had explained the need for them. Looks like a well supplied store but I won't be returning.
After visting 4 other places they finally helped me remove the key lug nuts off my jeep i was told by two autonations where i bought my jeep that one place would do it for $160/hr and that it would take 4 hours, and the others told me the couldnt do it. I finally took my jeep to high country ssd they did it in less than 10 minutes and replaced my key lug nuts for free because of the hassle i went through at my dealership. THABKS HIGH COUNTRY YOU'VE MADE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!!
