Always treated like family whenever I’m @ High Country. High Country has a far smaller market than other dealerships (e.g., Thunder Mountain in Loveland, CO.), but what they might lack in market they make up in customer service. They’re well aware they might to work harder for a rider’s business, but don’t seem to mind. I always like going to High Country where I’m not simply another walking dollar sign, but another rider member of their fellowship.
The staff is always super helpful whenever I have a question. As a military member they are one of the best dealerships I've been to, they don't try to take advantage of you and will work with you on anything that they can help with. Definitely worth a visit when looking for a new bike
The service manager always kept me informed at every step of the service, including ok-ing every expenditure along the way. I was treated with respect and politeness not always found by women riders in a Harley dealer. The work was done well and I'm very happy with my bike. Thanks for taking good care of my baby girl...we have many roads left to ride!
I have bought 3 bikes at this dealership and also have had all bikes serviced here and I’ve always had a great experience . I live 130 miles from this dealership and it’s worth the drive because of the great experience. There’re service department has always been upfront on all work done to our bikes and goes above and beyond to get my bikes by to me in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.
