Relatively painless buying experience ! Sales personnel were friendly , knowledgeable , & most important not over bearing . This was my first Harley purchase so initially I was a bit apprehensive to pull the trigger on the sale , but now 4 days later , I'm glad I did !
Gave up on this dealership a couple of years ago after new owners took over. Foolishly, stopped by tonight expecting a different result. Four people on the sales floor, get a weak, "hi" when I come into dealership. Didn't find product I was looking for, but when I walk into a Colorado dealership later this week I won't have to ask for help--staff will ask if They can help.
We had a very good experience all the way around. All the staff is very respectful, and a big thanks to our salesman Jeff. Well worth the trip from Greeley to go see these guys...
From the moment I walked in, I was treated like family. The staff is absolutely incredible! Any issue I have had has been taken care of as quick as they could. They definitely put the customer first! Highly recommend them.
