Don’t even stop here !! Staff is rude and could care less about customer service !!! They refused to sell me a shirt without collecting my identity!! Other comments here said the same and high country responded that they don’t require this but do ask for your personal info !! They lie !! I was told no info no sale !! A pathetic excuse for a bike shop !! Buyer beware

RecommendedLong story but the short of it is we arrived on Sunday without an appointment. Needed two tires. They were very professional and handled my bike with respect. Got us out before close time even with the heavy workload that faced the two techs. I just can’t say enough about the service department.

RecommendedShawna in Motorclothes, is the BOMB. My husband and I have never had helmets that fit right so we didn’t wear them. We decided to try them again before a long trip and Shawna did the proper fitting to make sure they were perfect, we love our helmets! She really takes the time to listen to your wants and needs and find exactly what will work for you. It’s not just with helmets, she has helped me pick clothes, hats, gloves and an amazing leather jacket as well. She is awesome at what she does!!
