I messaged the owner inquiring about a special she was running for $65. She said she could fit me in the same week. I even sent her a picture and she agreed on what I wanted. After it was over my hair didn't look anything like the picture and she charged me $105. After that I took my son in for a trim thinking they couldn't mess that up.... Im sorry if you are unhappy. However, if there was a issue why wait 3 months to post a review? You never called or messaged me afterwards. The first time ive heard anything is 3 months later. I guarantee my work and wouldve been happy to redo your hair at no charge. As far as the girl that cut your sons hair , she no longer works here.

Then why would you message me the next day asking when i could do it again for phase 2 if i did such an awful job. Yes mam, i would have gladly redid your hair or refunded your money if you were unhappy . However, i cant do anything once you went and had it recolored by someone else before you messaged me that you were unhappy or coming in and letting me see it.
I didn’t get my hair done, but that’s what I’m very impressed with! You see I wanted to get a spiral perm on my very dry color treated hair and Ms. Brady said “ absolutely not” you see she considered her professionalism and ethics over money.. and that my friends means ALOT!!

Brandi was amazing she was super nice and cared rather or not she damaged my hair. She did a great job mixing my brown with blonde and even put up with me when I thought it was orange cus the lighting in my car was awful. But it's not orange. It's no where near it lol. I'm just a hand full and extremely picky. She had someone there learning from her who washed my hair who did a great job. The only issue I had was the person who curled my hair didn't give me the option to curl or straighten it which isn't a big deal but I wou... read more
They fried her hair and couldn’t even dye her hair right it was a very faded before setting an appointment she got in contact with them and they said they could do it . Part of her hair is still red there is barely any blonde like she did not like it very much at all and I paid 100$ for it
