Wow just read reviews and responses from owner. I have been in the food business 32 years and I know when u get a bad review (u don't think is warranted) u get hurt, and angry, u are trying hard to create a business people will enjoy and support and allow u to make a living. One little tip though, you have to remain professional in your responses, your responses, (not the reviews) will keep customers away or bring them in. The tea is delicious, but the only thing you'll have served quickly. I don't mind waiting if it's a really special meal. This was nothing short of a disaster. Disorganized. Very small portions. If you order French toast, you'd be better going to Burger king. Don't know how they stay in business.

Barbara, I am sorry you felt that way about our French Toast; it is one of our most popular dishes. As to length of service; I am unsure of what your expectations were. We do not serve as quickly as Waffle House or Primos" ever. We definitely have a more stately table service being a Tea Room rather than a diner or typical restaurant. I am sorry that did not meet your expectations either.
The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely go back again.
