Great experience with these folks. They are competent, knowledgeable and didn't drop the ball when I needed a scarce part. I originally went with them because the service company I was with only offered me the option of a new furnace, rather than fix my furnace whose parts were under warranty. High Altitude jumped in and repaired my furnace and saved me thousands of dollars. High Altitude repaired my furnace in the same time it took my original service company just to diagnose the problem. What a GREAT experience it was to work with the folks at High Altitude Heating & Air today! My vents have been blowing cool air for weeks even when my Nest device has been set at 70 degrees. Today the heat completely stopped working. The temps are in the teens, its snowing, and the house temp quickly dipped in to the 50s.
