Very disappointed with today's auction. If you want to win any auction make sure you DO NOT USE THE ONLINE BIDDING. They obviously can keep up. I had won a bid for a watch, walked away and noticed they they backed up two items and gave my winning bid to someone else. Next I tried for two sculptures that my wife really had heart set on and so I keep my finger on the bid button. They just closed those out with an on-site bidder. Caught auctioneers running bids up on bidders. Advertised items did not sell. Bidders premium not stated at beginning of auction. Staff seemed too important to talk to rural Missouri bidders.
Great Auction House , I had a 100 plus gun collection, gave them a call, Mr Higgenbotham came over to my house 100 miles away. At the beginning I was a little affraid the man got all my collection into his truck and took off . He sold all the collection ! I had lots of fun and a big check from them at end . Old school of doing business , GREAT PROFESSIONAL , GREAT STAFF ! Waiting for another gun auction so I can go back as a buyer this time. Thanks guys
