Really lovely staff, incredibly helpful. I visited the store in Sydney and they shipped to Melbourne within a few days. Outstanding quality - I bought a mongolian sheepskin blanket. I do recommend visiting the store just so you can get a feel for what you are getting as I went for something quite different when I saw it in person.
