After looking at many properties and getting tired of office staff that did not seem to care about my business. Then I came to Hidenwood North and met Temple. She was amazing and took the time to tell me about the property and all it had to offer. Went back today for my tour, in the pouring rain her smile never stopped. If the office staff is anything close to how the complex will be I can see me signing a lease very soon.
The Management - Mrs Neice and Temple are the greatest. They are very personable.
The area is nice and the community has good people. Good schools and nice apartments.
Me and my wife spent wonderful 4 years at Hidenwood, and we loved it! The location was awesome for us, close to my wife's university. The staff was always prompt and helpful with everything. Neicey and Temple ably helped arrange our requests, Lisa and team always made sure things were fixed properly. Love you guys!
Best staff than any other location in Newport news.
Nice size, affordable and the office staff are amazing. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door.
