The pricing is affordable and the sercurity of the primises are safe and gated.
The road is crazy. One way in and 2 out, but you can get blocked in so easily. We were bl9cked in because there were 5 cars parked in the front where there is no parking.
I asked if they could move the due date to the 15th because that's when I get paid. They said no. Now I get locked out for half the month and owe late fees every month. Seems like an easy fix. They just won't do it.
I would never trust these people to store anything of mine again!!! My storage was broken into and robbed. I found out a month later by an anonymous person who found my name on photos. No one is on-site at their older property now and they did not inform their customers. When I called to inform them of what happened they sent someone down to check my unit, several hours later I receive a call from Belton PD that my unit had definitely been robbed.
