Verified Renter Requests Excellent at taking care of my leaky kitchen sink sprayer. But not good at getting the washer fixed. I know you don’t do anything with the machines any more. But their service sucks. Third day they finally came to fix it. And it’s the third time this summer. Plus the coin return doesn’t work so I lost money in the non- working dryer. She said they’ll send me my money but let’s see if that happens l.

Verified Renter Smell Unit smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. It has been a week and I am still struggling to get rid of the smell. It did not smell like cigarette smoke when I toured the same unit at the beginning of May. The only difference between then and now is the flooring was replaced. I have to assume the smell is either because of the flooring change or a neighbor.

Verified Renter Well run complex! I've lived here five years and feel comfortable and safe. The complex is kept up very well and work requests are taken care of in a timely manner.
Verified Renter I really like living here. My apartment has all I need even though it could use some updating. Balcony could be painted. Broken medicine cabinet could be replaced. Pantry sliding door is noisy and doesn’t open easily. But I still really like my apartment. It’s roomy and I love having a balcony

When I initially moved into this apartment my bathtub had a huge stain that I have been trying to remove. My bathroom vanity is very stained as well. It's pretty embarrassing. Updates are needed but it seems like all you want to do is raise the rent without making things better. Verified Renter Good place to live I have been here a year and I have seen some ups and downs with noisy tenants and things but overall management has been responsive and helpful about my concerns although thrre was a rough patch with really noisy vehicles for a couple months.
