I love living at Hidden River South, i feel safe, it's well maintained, beautiful and feels like home. I have lived here for 10 years and couldn't be happier. I have lived here for 18 months and the rent has increased 22% Management is not concerned about financial burden the excessive rent increase is affecting residents they are more concerned about excessive amount of pine cones that are on the ground ****BE AWARE OF EXTREMELY HIGH RENT INCREASES****

Amazing company!
We have lived at Pueblo Sereno for two years. The park is quiet and very well taken care of. Management is responsive to requests and needs. The residents we know are friendly and active. I look forward to community activities and yard sales.
I am an attorney and have worked a great deal in the MH industry. I can attest that Inspire's communities are beautiful and well-maintained. I have been greatly impressed by the Inspire Communities team members I have come to know. The company's culture flows from Rick Andreen, a very positive, insightful and inspiring leader whom I have known as a friend for 25 years.

The manager Michelle Marsili will lie to your face saying the homes here are safe and clean and there anything but safe or clean! She refuses to fix anything and will not return your security deposit, then she will sue you for damages that do not exist or there the same issues you previously asked her to fix after you've moved in and discovered them! Please don't move here! The manager Michelle Marsili is a Deceitful Liar that will tell you the house your going to rent or buy has been cleaned and sanitized and I thought I was going to vomit when I saw what was actually in the cupboards the kitchen drawers the water tank area with tons of dangerous black mold and inside of every single window and especially inside the heat / air vents and ducts throughout the entire house were full of mold absolutely disgusting bacteria filled filth and damaged extremely dangerous fibergl... read more
