These folks will play with you to the FULLEST. You’d think administration would have a rent drop so people with night jobs can easily pay them, nope they patch it up and say pay online or in person. Mind you paying online is an ADDITIONAL $40 processing fee, crazy. Your utilities that are included will be extremely volatile, meaning you’ll pay $30 for water + $30 for sewage one month, next month you’ll pay $120 for sewage and $50 for water next month. I used to live here, I had a friend named Melanie Tino. I hope she's doing well. This place was a HUGGEEE part of my childhood. I lived here 2022-2024. I also vividly remember Kimberly giving me snacks. Im just going to be serious. I wish I never left.
