The parking lot lights are way too bright and shine directly into peoples windows. It makes it really hard to sleep and for your eyes to adjust for bedtime. I asked about the lights and they just said to tough it out. I'm just upset that my car was towed suddenly after living here for nearly 5 years because my parking permit got brittle, broke, and fell off my mirror. My car was in my own reserved spot. I was charged $350 to get my car back and almost got killed by some crazy driver while riding my bike to the towing company. There are other rules that seem to have abnormally high fees as well. I've lived at the property for a few months now and Bethany (Property Manager) has always been incredibly helpful. Nik (Head of Maintenance) has also been great, all requests have been handled quickly and done well. I'm especially happy the I moved in right after all of the units in the complex were renovated, everything feels fresh and new. That said, the laundry rooms are an opportunity for growth - they badly need to be updated (hence the 4 stars instead of 5).
