I don't recommend living here. They replaced pipes in the summer and had about ten giant holes in my wall all summer (over a month). I had to call emergency maintenance 3x because it was raining from my ceiling. They left a bag of candy at my door for being understanding of the months long horrible plumbing situation and my apartment being torn up. They come into your apartment all the time for no good reason at all. They keep doing radon tests without transparency. Oh and they towed my car out of my assigned spot last night... read more
Horrible experience at Hidden Valley. I would highly not recommend there was issues with cockroach in the building hear us and the apartment failed to notify us, coaches got every where. We had to move out and now they want to charge us a bunch of money for it. The laundry system is very backwards. You have to go to a building near the office to add money to a card then walk to your building to wash clothes. You have to do this every single time it’s 2025 and they charge enough money to upgrade the system.
The parking lot lights are way too bright and shine directly into peoples windows. It makes it really hard to sleep and for your eyes to adjust for bedtime. I asked about the lights and they just said to tough it out. I'm just upset that my car was towed suddenly after living here for nearly 5 years because my parking permit got brittle, broke, and fell off my mirror. My car was in my own reserved spot. I was charged $350 to get my car back and almost got killed by some crazy driver while riding my bike to the towing company... read more
