If you have an issue and your living here the staff that works this property will make sure it gets handled. The staff is kind and the maintenance team is incredibly good. Highly recommend this place to others.
We have lived here a long time and have been very happy here. Any maintenance issues have been dealt with in a timely manner. Bethany and her team are great, making living here a positive experience. The only issue...the new parking lot lights are too bright, I feel when I'm sitting on my patio that there is a spotlight on me...I understand the reason why.
We have lived in this apartment for over a year and truly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful environment. It offered us a lot of privacy and freedom. Bethany and Nick were exceptional, and the maintenance requests were always handled promptly. Even though the renovation work last summer caused some minor inconveniences, the management ensured it had a minimal impact on us. The only downsides I noticed were the small size of the laundry room and the card-based payment system, which could be improved.
I don't recommend living here. They replaced pipes in the summer and had about ten giant holes in my wall all summer (over a month). I had to call emergency maintenance 3x because it was raining from my ceiling. They left a bag of candy at my door for being understanding of the months long horrible plumbing situation and my apartment being torn up.
