Would highly recommend! Very clean, no bugs, and great location! Haley and the maintenance staff are great. If I moved back to Knoxville I would live there again.
I rented a one-bedroom apartment from Hidden Ridge Management for a little over a year and a half until recently, and overall my experience was great. I lived at Lynnwood Arms Apartments, which at the time was one of the more affordable properties in their portfolio and fit my budget well. Considering how expensive Knoxville has become over the past few years, the rent at Lynnwood Arms was very reasonable for the location. I've lived in the Hidden Ridge Apartments for almost 2 years now and couldn't recommend them enough! Haley is an excellent building manager, very friendly and communicative. It is a very quiet and pleasant community that also has easy access to Downtown (especially now that Gay Street bridge has reopened for pedestrians!) and the University. My family and I have lived at 2 of Hailey’s properties over the past year and she is amazing! Best property manager I’ve had in the Knoxville area hands down. The maintenance is very attentive and friendly, we have scheduled pest control monthly, and Hailey herself is very passionate and kind.
We rented from Hidden Properties for 2 years at the Fountain City location and Downtown location before leaving Knoxville due to my job. Great experience at both places! Important takeaways: - Hailey is such a blessing. She’s quick to respond to texts/emails, very accommodating, and an all-around great person.
