Multiple times within the first 6 months of living here, my AC has gone out and each time it takes them over 4 days to even respond to a call or message. Left 10 messages and talked to no one. Then I receive a text saying an AC company has my “ticket.” No one called or talked to me. Extremely unprofessional. There is never anyone on site. Please for the love of god don’t live here. G&B property management has completely neglected this property ever since they took over. The place is constantly full of trash and the grounds are not maintained. The laundry room has been completely unusable for 9 months with almost every machine being broken and the rest barely working, I would have to pay to use the dryer 5 times in a row just to dry my clothes. JAMAS AHI NADIE EN LA OFICINA.LA LAVANDERIA TIENE MAS DE 3 AÑOS QUE SOLO 2 MAQUINAS GUNCIONABAN YA NO..DE 6 SECADORAS SOLO 2 FUNCIONAN Y LA LIMPIEZA NO ES BUENA..LA PICINA ES RARRO SE PUEDA USAR ESTA SUCIA LA MAYOR PARTE DEL TIEMPO..EL PROBLEMA DE CERRAR LA SALIDA CON EL PORTON ELECTRICO ES QUE LA GENTE SALE X LA ENTRADA Y ES MUY PELIGROSO SI VAN A CERRAR LA SALIDA ELECTRIVAMENTE, CIERREN LA ENTRADA ELECTRICAMENTE TAMBIEN..

Pain and Suffering at the fullest.. had roaches and the AC was completely out for three months in the middle of summer. Mailbox was broken for 6 months and money on my card token because of this. Put in a work order and had to beg for it to be fixed as well as the faucet in the bathtub for about 4 months now, our water bills skyrocketed… please if you can help it save yourself the agony

No respetan el pago pago 430 mas de lo acordado..mantenimiento insuficiente..no puedo comunicarme con ningún empleado en la ultima semana y me piden que desaloje en 3 dias cuando yo ya pague y no ahí con quien aclarar lugar..ayudaaa alguien que cheque que paso con mi pago.
