I want to give a huge shout out to Rod and the boys up at Hidden Creek! About a year and a half ago I took on a project flood cart, and what I thought was going to be a moderately challenging project, has turned out to be a bit more complex than that. However, anytime that I’ve had a question or needed parts, they’ve all been more than helpful and more than beyond fair on pricing. They’re good people, really care about their customers, and I just can’t say enough good things about them.

Rebecca is terrific! Incredibly helpful, patient and kind. I had a prticular brand in mind. She said they were currently out of stock but recommended (highly) another brand, one which did not show up at all in all of my previous research. Just as she had told me on the phone, the new/different brand was definitely better, and it was far less expensive as well. She answered a slew of my questions which helped me to feel confident in my decision to move forward with her suggestion. HIGHLY recommend Hidden Creek Golf Carts!
They stated a price and type of service to get the cart going again, but didn't deliver on their agreement. They returned the cart in bad shape, including not even putting the cover back on a replaced part. Wires and parts left unattached and unidentified, even after paying for an additional hour of service. When I sent it back, they wanted another 2 plus hours of service charges to complete the work.
