Dirty neighbors, lots of mentally disabled people, bugs, mold, and they increase the rent exponentially every year.
We have lived here for 8yrs now n we love it its close to food store, wawa, bus line , rt 130, we have new renovated apartments here excellent mgmt, friendly and diverse culture in neighbors truly cared for n well landscaped grounds the best maintenance team , all here in Bellmawr if you need a new place to live n love why not check us out ??? We loved it n you will want to live here to !!!
