This complex has gone to the dumps... have lived here for over 3 years... it used to be great! In the last year since “corporate” took over it has become awful. The police are here countless times each day, there have been used needles laying around, they clearly don’t vet their tenants anymore bc it’s starting to become taken over my low class trash, maintenance is a joke, and ultimately they will try to screw you for every extra penny they can. I've lived here since September I feel you definitely get value for your money. The staff is great Laura the manager is very nice and treats each resident professionally and so friendly. This is not just another apartment complex you can make a home and live comfortably. I look forward to many years here.
