Patti the landlady is wonderful, the apartment complex is beautiful, clean, and safe. The pool is immaculate. Maintenance is fantastic. Shortly after we moved in we had a maintenance issue in the middle of the night. Patti rushed out and took care of the situation, and made sure everything was taken care of. A safe, secure, and peaceful apartment complex to live in.
I’ve been meaning to make a review for a while! I have lived in quite a few apartment complexes, but this one is by far the best. With renting apartments you never know what you’re getting into. We were recommended here by one of my clients. We definitely plan on living here for a long time, probably until we own a home. The manager Patti is such a sweet and attentive lady. Our time at Hidden Creek has and continues to be very pleasant. We were fortunate enough to move here and after the first tour with Patti, we were hooked! From our first moments on here before being tenants, we noticed it was so calm and serene, almost like a vacation getaway, seriously it was beautiful. Amazing management and neighbors. Patti is THE best community manager I have ever had and I have rented for 10 years. She responds quickly, professionally and really wants to make sure her residents feel comfortable. She makes an unsafe neighborhood feel safe. If I ever had guests they would comment how they didn’t even feel like they were in Sacramento.
